Ron Vatalaro, President:
Ron built homes in east central Florida after taking over the company from his mother and father. He moved on the be the chief building inspector of Orange County Florida before going back into business for himself to cover central and south Florida’s FHA and HUD inspections. After helping to develop the 203K program in Florida over 20 years ago there is no one more knowledgeable on building inspection and government lending programs.
